Yes, rides can be booked for up to 10 people at a time.

Rides on MCT Micro are only $1.00!

Rides can be paid for directly in the app through MCT’s mobile ticketing partner TokenTransit. Riders can also pay with cash, MCT fare product, or Metro fare product upon boarding.

MCT Micro can pick up and drop off most riders at their door, however there are some streets that may be difficult for the bus to navigate. In instances where the bus is unable to pull up to your door or drop you off at your desired location, the bus will get as close as possible.

The driver may pick up and drop off other riders along the way. Drivers are not authorized to make unscheduled stops to ensure all other riders’ trips are performed on time.

If scheduling through the MCT Micro app, you will receive a notification when the bus has arrived to pick you up. As a courtesy to other riders, and to stay on schedule, if you do not show up within the 2-minute waiting period the bus will depart. Drivers are not able to wait at drop-off locations.

A ride can be canceled directly from the app or by calling 618-797-INFO (4636). Remember, canceling at the last minute can negatively impact other riders, so remember to cancel as soon you know you no longer need a ride!

Riders who repeatedly no-show may be subject to booking limitations to minimize the effects to other riders.

All vehicles operating the service are smaller MCT buses, branded with MCT’s green and while signature colors and have the Madison County Transit logo on the side.

Yes! All MCT Micro vehicles are equipped with a lift or ramp. When booking your ride make sure to select Accessibility to add wheelchair and/or bicycle preferences.

Once your ride has started the destination cannot be changed. If you have not boarded the bus, you can cancel the ride and re-book with a new destination.

MCT Micro drivers are screened through an array of background checks, including prior employment, criminal record, and driving record. They must also pass a physical health screen and drug/alcohol screen. Drivers are also subject to random drug testing per Department of Transportation regulations.

All MCT Micro vehicles are equipped with onboard video surveillance.

All MCT services are operated by Agency for Community Transit.

Service animals are always welcome, as required by law. All other pets must be secured in an enclosed carrier and be able to fit under your seat or on your lap.

No, our drivers do not accept tips.

Eating and drinking while on the bus is prohibited by law. All containers must be sealed to avoid spills. No soft-sided cups are permitted onboard.
