Madison County Transit (MCT) will host four open house-style public meetings in August to gather input on proposed changes to service in 2026. These meetings give community members the opportunity to learn more and provide feedback on a variety of proposed modifications.
Proposed Topics Include:
Evaluating route frequencies
Adjusting express service to Downtown St. Louis
Potential restructuring of service in the Edwardsville and Glen Carbon area
Eliminating the #12 Bethalto Shuttle (due to MCT Micro service in the area)
Realigning the #21 West Collinsville Shuttle to improve on-time performance
